Watercress and Pork Soup





A very light and pleasant soup. All it takes is some watercress, some pork bones and carrots (and mushrooms if you'd like!). I also added a ton of other Chinese soup ingredients to make it a bit more filling. Next time, I'm going to omit the dried dates.
